The Gilda Joyce series are really good books for people who like mysteries. Gilda is a psychic investigator who loves to solve mysteries and grabs any chance to solve one. One book in the series takes place at Gilda’s cousin’s house where she helps her cousin discover her aunt’s ghost and understand what happened to her. In another book, Gilda goes to a private school and solves the mystery of the girl who died but left no traces of her body. I read this series because it was really filled with mysteries and was full of surprises! Read this if you’re ready to hear the story of Gilda and her amazing adventures.

This book was amazing! The idea was genius. It’s dramatic, funny, and suspenseful all in one! My favorite character was Emma. Emma takes her sister to a grand opening to see her favorite model but when she gets there bad things start happening. A TV falls right on top of Emma. Later that week when she wakes up in the hospital and turns on the TV it says she has died. To find out what happens next you have to read the book.
I could read this book over and over again. The best part is that there are three other books to the series!

This book was great! My favorite character in this book was Nate Brodie. He was the main character. The tone of this book was suspenseful. The main part of the story is when Nate signs up for a raffle and who ever wins the raffle has a chance to win $1 million if they can throw a football at a bullseye from 30 yards away. Nate wins the raffle!! Now he has to focus on many things going on in his life. He has to practice for the 30 yard throw, his football championship game, his parents struggling with providing for the family, and on top of everything his best friend is on the verge of going blind. He trys his best to try and make everyone happy. You will have to read the book to see if he can please everyone and hit the bullseye.

This story is narrated by a dog whose owner is a racecar driver. The dog, named Enzo, is about to die as he talks about his owner who is very talented at his sport. The tone of the story is very serious because many things happen to Enzo’s owner, Denny, for example his wife gets very sick. Denny is very knowledgable about cars and he has a gift for racing them. He must over come the problems he’s having to pursue his racing career. Even if you’re not a fan of cars, you will still be interested in this story, and you may learn about racing, too!
